| The 2008-09 school year marks the eleventh year that CrunchTime has been working with Newman’s Own Organics, offering their scrumptious and enormously popular chocolate bars and chocolate cups. (If you do buy samples, save your receipt. If you end up ordering chocolate from us, we will reimburse you for either two 1.2 oz. bars, two packages of chocolate cups, or one 1.2 oz. bar and one package of cups. Just mail the receipt to us and we’ll credit your account.) |

1.) We regret that the chocolate sale is only available in the Continental United States.
2.) If you are an established customer of CrunchTime, you should have received a special code number from us that will streamline your order process and allow you to avoid any delays. If you have that code number please skip to Step # 4 below. (If you have done business with us in the past and you did not receive a special code number for some reason, please call our Customer Service Department at: 1-877-2-CRUNCH.
3a.) If this is your first time ordering chocolate with us and you are part of a recognized public, private or parochial school, CrunchTime does not require any money up-front for the chocolate. To that end, we ask that you call us directly so that we may assist you with your chocolate order. The direct number for our Sales Department in Massachusetts is: (508) 315-3456. Or you may call our toll-free number: 1-800-2-CRUNCH. We guarantee that we will not try and sell you more chocolate than we think you can sell. In fact, we may very well encourage you to scale back your order. At CrunchTime, we conduct business a little bit differently. And our customers love us for that. That’s probably why we have such a loyal list of repeat customers.
3b.) If this is your first time ordering chocolate and you are not part of a recognized public, private or parochial school, we ask you to use the automated system below. Your credit card will be charged and, in essence, you will receive a 4% discount on the cost of the chocolate. That said, if you would prefer to have a 30-day line-of-credit extended to you, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Depending on prevailing temperatures across the country, the chocolate is available from mid-September through mid-to-late April, or until our spring inventory is sold out. So, in the weeks leading up to Earth Day, we suggest you plan ahead to reserve your chocolate.

| C.) How much Newman’s Own Organics chocolate would you like to order, and what flavors? |
Newman’s Own Organics comes packaged in one-hundred ninety-two (192) unit cases, consisting of eight (8) individual “tote” boxes of twenty-four (24) chocolate bars or packages of chocolate cups. Minimum order is just one case.Because the bars and cups are completely different size and shape, a case must be either all bars OR all cups—not a combination of the two. Orders are tabulated by the box, so for each case of chocolate that you order the total number of boxes must add up to eight (i.e. 1 case = 8 boxes; 2 cases = 16 boxes; 3 cases = 24 boxes; etc.)
When placing your order below, please indicate the number of boxes that you would like of each flavor. That said, for each case you order you may choose any combination of the six different chocolate bars that adds up to eight, or any combination of the five different chocolate cups that adds up to eight. |

| Typically, 6-8 people are needed to sell each case of chocolate. We regret that unsold chocolate cannot be returned, so if you’re not sure how much chocolate your group will sell, order conservatively. You can always order more. |
