| The 2007-08 school year marks the eighth year CrunchTime has been working with Newman’s Own Organics, offering their scrumptious and enormously popular chocolate bars and chocolate cups. If you would like to sample the Newman’s Own Organics chocolate, here is a state-by-state list of retail stores where you can buy their chocolate. |
(If you do buy samples, save your receipt. If you end up ordering chocolate from us, we will reimburse you for either two 1.2 oz. bars, two packages of chocolate cups, or one 1.2 oz. bar and one package of cups.) |
Please take a moment to read the few short paragraphs below. It could save you some valuable time.

1.) We regret that the chocolate sale is only available in the Continental United States.
2.) If you are an established customer of CrunchTime, you should have received a special code number from us that will streamline your order process and allow you to avoid any delays. If you have that code number please skip to Step # 4.
(If you have done business with us in the past and you did not receive a special code number for some reason, please call our Customer Service Department at: 1-877-2-CRUNCH (1- 877 227- 8624).
3.) If this is your first time ordering chocolate with us and you are part of a recognized public, private or parochial school, CrunchTime does not require any money up-front for the chocolate. An invoice will be included with your chocolate extending a 30-day line-of-credit to you, and the $100 per case deposit required below will be reversed as soon as we confirm your status at the school.
If this is your first time ordering chocolate with us, and you are not part of an recognized public, private or parochial school, the $100 per case deposit will be credited as soon as we receive a check to cover the invoice which will accompany your chocolate.

| 4.) How much Newman’s Own Organics chocolate would you like to order, and what flavors? |
Newman’s Own Organics comes packaged in one-hundred ninety-two (192) unit cases, consisting of eight (8) individual “tote” boxes of twenty-four (24) chocolate bars or packages of chocolate cups.
When ordering, quantities of each flavor must be in increments of twenty-four (24) and total number of boxes must be divisible by eight (8). Also, because the size and shape of the bars and cup packages are completely different, the two products are not interchangeable in a case. Each case must contain either eight boxes of chocolate bars or eight boxes of chocolate cups, not a combination of the two.
Typically, 6-8 people are needed to sell each case of chocolate. We regret that unsold chocolate cannot be returned, so if you’re not sure how much chocolate your group will sell, order conservatively. You can always order more. |
